AJ Refinery operates an extensive, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh, with a licensed annual refining capacity of 30 metric tonnes of gold dore and 270 metric tonnes of silver bullion.

Our refinery adheres to the highest standards in metal refining and recycling, ensuring consistently superior and compliant products. We import gold and silver bullion containing less than 95% Au, in accordance with the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), Government of India regulations. All precious metals are sourced from renowned international mining companies, ensuring traceability and quality from origin to output.

Advanced Refining Process: –

Upon arrival, each gold dore bar undergoes:

• Accurate weighing and melting
• Sampling for consistency and homogeneity
• Precise analysis of gold (Au) and silver (Ag) content

The refined material is then processed through industry-leading purification techniques, including:

• Electrolytic refining
• Chemical refining
• Miller process

These technologies enable us to achieve ultra-high purity levels of up to 99.999% for gold and 99.95% for silver.
